The class that was to be held at Techno Bootcamp was cancelled.  It has been changed to being held at the Techno Security event.

Techno Security is June 1st through June 4th in Myrtle Beach, SC with the InfinaDyne holding a CD and DVD Forensics class immediately following on June 5th and June 6th.

Cost: $995 This includes free VIP registration for Techno Security 2008.  You must contact InfinaDyne before registering for Techno Security in order to receive your free registration.

Attendees are required to bring a notebook computer with a CD or DVD drive.  With advance notice, computers and/or external drives will be available for attendees for an additional fee.

This class covers:

• CD and DVD construction and manufacturing and how this affects evidence collection and officer safety
• Special considerations for new discs such as Blu-Ray and HD DVD
• Basic forensic considerations for collecting and handling CDs and DVDs
• Disc "triage" procedures for dealing with marginal and damaged discs
• Introduction to CD/DVD Inspector
• Multiple practical exercises using CD/DVD Inspector to examine simple and complex discs
• Generating reports and documents from CD/DVD Inspector

All students will receive a copy of the book CD and DVD Forensics along with other valuable class materials.  Upon successful completion of the examination each student will receive a Certificate of Completion.
