Problem: Computer immediately reboots upon starting program

If you have an older version of Intel Application Accelerator installed on Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP this can be the cause.  Removing this or upgrading to the latest version may fix the problem.

Problem: No CD devices found

Products: CD/DVD Diagnostic, CD/DVD Inspector
If you have an older version of Intel Application Accelerator installed on Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP this can be the cause.  Removing this or upgrading to the latest version may fix the problem.

Problem: Drive not ready reported with disc in drive

Products: CD/DVD Diagnostic, CD/DVD Inspector
If your CD-RW drive does not recognize a disc, this is not a “software” problem and cannot be cured by software.  The drive independently decides if the disc is valid.  The solution is to try a different drive.  If necessary, we can copy your disc for you at a reduced price if you are a software customer.

Problem: Computer stops while copying files

We have reports of this happening with Windows 95/98/98SE/Me and the workaround is to rename the file CDRPVXD.VXD that is in the folder where the product is installed.  Change the name to CDRPVXD.XXX and this may resolve the problem.  If it does not, please contact support for assistance
