ThumbsDisplay Is Here!

ThumbsDisplay is the tool you need for displaying Thumbs.db files.  It can be used in a variety of ways to help you process these files effectively.

• Displays all thumbnail images with original file name and timestamp.
• Build-in locator for Thumbs.db files.  It will perform a high-speed search for these files which are normally hidden from Windows users.  From the locator you can then open any file shown and display the full content.
• Print individual images as a full page or select from the three report formats: Report, Contact Sheet and All items.
• Copy individual images to the clipboard for inclusion in a document or save them as JPEG or BMP format files.
• Display thumbnails in three sizes: 96x96 (original) 150x150 or 200x200.

Realistically, the ability to print a single thumbnail image in a full-page format results in a rather poor fuzzy image.  But today if you need to show someone the content that has been found only in a Thumbs.db file you are left having to stretch the picture yourself in some tool so that it can be seen by the persons you are trying to show it to.  This tool combines display, reporting and enlarging into a single tool that is easy to use.

Compatibility

Fully compatible with Windows 2000 through Windows Vista.  There are no plans at present to support earlier versions of Windows.
